Wild West Magazine Subscription

Wild West magazine journeys back to the time when America underwent her greatest expansion. It covers in great detail the people who had a part in the movement across the Western United States. In each issue there are several different articles, as well as reviews and other editorials that feature the events and the people who originally made up the Wild West. The event coverage sometimes touches on events that are well known by the general public, and while these are always interesting and informative, the real treasure is when writers focus on little known events that occurred during that era. The dedication that is given to the people involved in this great move by far makes up the majority of the content. The illustrations are wonderful, some being old favorites, and others being originals, showcasing new ideas and new talent.

Most of the articles are written by University professors; however Wild West magazine is not designed to be a scholarly magazine. The articles are written to entertain, and at the same time inform. Most articles are followed by additional reading lists, showing where to find more information on the subject discussed. Overall, Wild West magazine is a fun place to find lots of interesting information about how the West was won.
