Redemption occurs during this checkout process:
- enter your voucher code in the space below then click REDEEM
- observe the Billing Summary to see the balance payable
- continue to Order Confirmation and then - if there is a balance payable - to our Payment Provider where you are prompted for your credit card details
When redeeming a Promotional Voucher:
- only one voucher may be redeemed against each order
- the discount ONLY APPLIES if:
- the Promotional Voucher code is current (not out-of-date)
- the shopping basket satisfies the promotional rule eg discount only applies to shopping baskets with a value over $40
- the voucher CANNOT be applied against the purchase of a Gift Certificate
When redeeming a Gift Certificate:
- You are encouraged to redeem your Gift Certificate as soon as you receive it (this helps safeguard against loss) - however you don't need to spend it straight away!
- Its dollar value is added to your Gift Kitty which accumulates your money until you are ready to use it.
- The amount of money in your Gift Kitty is shown:
- on the Payment Page
- in My Account
- on the Shopping Basket page
- The balance in your Gift Kitty may:
- be less than the value of your purchases -> make sure you fill out your credit card details to 'top up' your Gift Kitty
- equal the value of your purchases -> proceed with your purchase, no credit card details are required; your Gift Kitty will return to $0
- be more than the value of your purchases -> proceed with your purchase, no credit card details are required; your Gift Kitty will then show your new, reduced balance
- A Gift Certificate CANNOT be redeemed if your shopping basket contains a Gift Certificate.
