We accept cancellations within 36 hours of you placing the order. We refund to the credit card used for the original payment, less a small administration fee to cover credit card processing costs.
We process and pre-pay your order promptly ensuring your subscription commences as soon as possible. Once the order is placed with the publisher it is not possible to cancel.
Maybe there is someone else you could send the magazine subscription to? You can always contact us to arrange a change of address!
We also refund if the publisher is not able to fill the order (for instance a magazine gets cancelled before the first issue arrives) or the first issue is unreasonably delayed in arriving, and the delay is the fault of MagazineSubscriptions.com.
