How do I redeem a Promotional Voucher or Gift Certificate?
Promotional Vouchers and Gift Certificates are redeemed during the checkout process:
browse Magazine Subscriptions and add your magazine choice(s) to your shopping basket
when ready Checkout Now
create an account with your name and address details (if not already created)
specify the delivery address if different from your own
continue to next page to enter your voucher or certificate code then click REDEEM
observe the Payment Summary to see the balance payable
continue to Order Confirmation and then - if there is a balance payable - to our Payment Provider where you are prompted for your credit card details
PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
When a Promotional Voucher is redeemed the discount ONLY APPLIES if:
the promotion voucher code is current (not out-of-date)
the shopping basket satisfies the promotional rule eg discount only applies to shopping baskets with a value over $40Note: a promotional voucher CANNOT be applied against the purchase of a Gift Certificate
GIFT CERTIFICATES
when a Gift Certificate is redeemed its dollar value is added to your Gift Kitty
a Gift Certificate CANNOT be redeemed if your shopping basket contains a Gift Certificate
the amount of money in your Gift Kitty is shown in My Account and on the Shopping Basket and Payment Pages
your Gift Kitty balance may:
be less than the value of your purchases -> make sure you fill out your credit card details to 'top up' your Gift Kitty
equal the value of your purchases -> proceed with your purchase, no credit card details are required; your Gift Kitty will return to $0
be more than the value of your purchases -> proceed with your purchase, no credit card details are required; your Gift Kitty will then show your new, reduced balance
