We will only send the eCard once your payment has been cleared (about 2 days for credit cards and 14 days for online checks).
We cannot guarantee that the eCard will be sent on the exact date you request - differing time zones make that an impossibility. It may go one day either side.
We cannot guarantee that the eCard will be read. There are situations which affect this which lie outside of our control, such as:
- delivery does not occur because:
- the email address you supplied is incorrect
- the receiver or their ISP has some type of email filtering or white listing in place
- the email bounces, possibly caused by the recipient’s inbox being full
- etc
- the email is delivered but the recipient does not read it or follow the link to the eCard
We suggest that you contact the recipient at an appropriate time to check they know about the gift.
If the gift is a Gift Certificate it is imperative that the recipient read the eCard as it supplies the redemption code. In the event that the recipient has not read the eCard you will need to contact us for further assistance.
